The Dalles Inn Rooms

I liked the closeness to the main road and other amenities.

They are working on this property and doing an outstanding job we had to stay in the back part which was still OK clean got what you need but the staff at the lobby were great and the lobby was phenomenal. We got to play some games in there and read great job.

Location, value and wonderful staff

Location was good for my travel

We had a corner room and it was very quiet. Easy to find a restaurant nearby. The room was adequate for the price. The staff the next day was helpful.

Comfy large bed.

It is in the downtown area of the Dalles, making it a great base for exploring this historic town.

Location right downtown, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Hamburger joint right across the street. Has a coffee shop within the lobby.

The beds were nice and clean, well lit parking lot.

The walking location to businesses was better than I expected, especially regarding dining and libation choices.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was way above what I expected for the price, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable…more so than most beds charging a higher rate.

Very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable bed. Clean room. An overall good place on our tight budget.

The check in lady was super nice and efficient.

I arrived super late from traveling all day in bad weather and was absolutely exhausted. The front desk gal had to literally walk me through it. But luckily it was quick and painless thanks to her!!!

Lobby, breakfast area, room, staff were all great, no issues. Mostly traveling families and construction workers staying there.

Rockin Randy was super kind and friendly. Rockin Randy said the food was available even outside of breakfast time if we needed it. It was most important that we enjoyed ourselves and felt comfortable. Staff were quick to help when the key card malfunctioned ( both desk and janitorial staff).

Rock'n Randy is by far the greatest Front Desk Manager I have ever dealt with at a hotel. They'd better figure out how to clone this guy and build an Army to save the world. This guy has a big heart for people and his customer service is stellar. I have spent years working in hotels and Randy is special and he made our Polar Express trip worth a lifetime of memories. Thank you, Randy.

Check in, friendliness, comfortable room

I like the friendly atmosphere.

Not much for breakfast, no pool, but for the price it was a good value.
